1.28. How do I use Mailman with S.u.S.E. 9?

Q: I upgraded Mailman using the S.u.S.E. Yast Online Update (YOU) tool, and now my web interface is broken. I get the error message: 

 Mailman experienced a very low level failure and could not even generate a
 useful traceback for you.  Please report this to the Mailman administrator at
 this site.

This is a known bug in S.u.S.E. For whatever bizarre reason, they decided not to include the python-xml package as part of their update of the Python package. Use YAST to find and install the python-xml package.
