3.66. How do I set the default moderation status for new members?

A list can be configured to have all new members moderated automatically if desired. This is a good practice on open subscription lists to help control spam and unwanted posts from people trying to use the list maliciously.

To set the default moderation status for all new members, go to the web interface Privacy Options->Sender Filters page for the list and set the default_member_moderation setting to the desired default.
