I have a big client in the Netherlands using Mailman. The question that we have is whether or not the Mailman templates (subscribe to newsletter/Forum) can be changed with different template/design.
excuse me as I am not technical; just inquiring if it is possible and if so; what kind of person can do this job and how fast.
