4.45. The admin web interface is not saving my changes and keeps asking me to re-enter my password - what is wrong?

Have you changed the URL for the list, without completely following the instructions at 4.29 Where can I change a list or the default URL used for the web interface??

Have you changed the list to secure it via HTTPS/SSL/TLS, without completely following the instructions at Securing Mailman's web GUI by using Secure HTTP-SSL?

Otherwise, you may be accessing the site via a redirect, which is tossing away the POST changes.
