Google Summer of Code - Brainstorming for future years.

Give more guidance WRT proposals:
1. Encourage students to look at the PEP templates to help them write stronger proposals
  - (Stephen suggests PEP 1 plus a sample of good ones such as PEP 383)
2. Give a sample proposal template
  - include weekly timeline
  - include expected times for code reviews/integration into core projects in schedule?
Be significantly more detailed in our list of suggested projects
- Include desired skills and level of ability
- Include pointers to relevant documentation (if there is any)
